Choosing Me, Choosing Us

A 60-minute integrated session combining Pilates, yoga, and meditation.

This session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Participants begin with pre-Pilates exercises, transition into yoga poses, and conclude with a meditation focused on self-reflection. The final 20 minutes provide a deeply immersive meditation experience designed to foster inner peace and self-awareness.

PERSONAL CLASSES

1-on-1 Private Pilates Session with Lisa

Duration: 50 minutes

Location: Arrive Wellness, 129 West 29th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001

Price: $120

A personalized, one-on-one session tailored to your unique goals and body needs. Together, we will explore a customized series of movements using a combination of props and/or Pilates apparatus to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Pilates on the Mat (In Person)

Duration: 50 minutes

Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00 or 7:00 PM EST

Price: $35

Join us at 6 pm for Connect to Core or at 7 pm for Breathe and Restore.

Connect to Core: A beginner / Intermediate Open-Level class introducing the foundational principles of Pilates on the mat. This session covers breathing techniques, head and neck mechanics, and full-body movements, including essential pre-Pilates and Pilates movements. 

Breathe and Restore: Gentle movement, breathwork, and stretches designed to release tightness and tension. Props may be used as needed. Come, breathe, and move with us!

Pilates Mat Online

Duration: 50 minutes

Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM EST

Location: Online

Price: $18

A mat-based Pilates class inspired by the original 34 Pilates exercises. Props are incorporated to support participants, with modifications provided to accommodate individual needs. Strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body in this dynamic session.

Pilates Duet (Semi-Private Session for Two)

Duration: 50 minutes

Schedule: Mondays, 6:00 – 8:00 PM EST

Location: Arrive Wellness, 129 West 29th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001

Price: $85 per person

A semi-private session designed for two participants using specialized Pilates apparatus. Experience mindful movement on the Reformer, Chair, Tower, or Ladder Barrel to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. The session is customized to meet the needs of both individuals.
